About Currencies

Currency records are used to store the current exchange rates for those companies who sell to customers in foreign countries. ManageMore will automatically convert the base currency to its equivalent value and print the amount on the transaction form based upon the currency code used in the specified customer's record.  Each transaction is recorded with the historical conversion rate which was in effect at the time the transaction occurred.

Q & A - Currencies

Q01.My customer pays in their home currency, but when they pay, the exchange rate is different, resulting in more or less due at the time of payment.  How can I record this difference?
A01.You can create a payment method to represent any negative differences in exchange rate.  For positive exchange rate differences, create an intangible SKU item.  Then, after the payment is made, adjust the account by creating an invoice or payment for the exchange rate difference.

Q02.I don't see my question here.  Where else can I get information?
A02.Visit our website's Technical Support section.
