About Topic

 

With the potential for hundreds, possibly thousands of gift and/or loyalty cards being tracked within ManageMore, there needs to be an easy manner in which to order, receive, remove, or transfer your cards. This wizard will help you keep track of all of the gift and reward cards within your company.

Field by Field Help - Managing Reward & Gift Cards screen

 

Welcome to the Rewards / Gift Card Management Wizard

 

What type of cards do you want to manage?

Select whether to manage Loyalty/Rewards cards or Gift Cards.

 

Card Action

 

[Card Action]

Select the function you want to perform within ManageMore.  Choose from:

 

Order CardsOrder a new set of cards from your supplier.
Receive CardsReceive a new set of cards that you ordered from your supplier.
Remove CardsRemove cards from your current supply.
Transfer CardsTransfer a set of cards from one location to another.

 

 

**Choosing Order Cards or Receive Cards will give you the following screens:

 

SKU Item Selection

 

Location

Enter or select the location the cards will be entered into.

 

SKU Item

Enter or select the SKU of the gift or reward card item in your Supertrack Inventory.  This field will default to the internal SKU of GIFTCARD or REWARDS.

 

Description

Displays the type of card that is going to be ordered or received.

 

I would like to order a starter kit / I am receiving cards from a starter kit

Check this box to denote that a starter kit has been ordered, or has been received.  Click on the hyperlink to the right for more information on a ordering/receiving a starter kit.

 

Card Quantity

 

Select whether a sequential range of cards is being ordered/received, or if a manual list of them will be entered for reciving only.  These fields will not be available if the startet kit option above has been selected.  Selecting a sequntial list without using a starter kit will allow you the option of changing the starting number by checking the Override Starting Number checkbox.

 

Verify Card Numbers

 

If you are manually receiving cards, you will enter them in this screen by scanning or typing the number here, then clicking on Insert to enter the next card.  Clicking Remove will delete the selected line.  These buttons will not be available if a starte kit is used, or if a sequential list of numbers was asked for.

 

Finish the Wizard

 

If ordering, you will be taken to our preferred processor's website to finish your order.  Otherwise you will be asked what kind of transaction (if any) to create to record these gift cards coming into inventory.  You may choose from No Transaction, Purchase receipt from vendor (enter or select the vendor ID in the space provided), or Inventory Receipt.

 

 

**Choosing Remove Cards as the Card Action above will give the following windows:

Enter or select the location the cards will be removed from.

 

SKU Item

Enter or select the SKU of the gift or reward card item in your Supertrack Inventory.  This field will default to the internal SKU of GIFTCARD or REWARDS.

 

Description

Displays the type of card that is going to be ordered or received.

 

Card Quantity

 

Select whether a sequential range of cards (along with the quantity and starting number) is being removed or if a manual list of cards will be entered for removal.

 

Enter Card Numbers

 

Review the card numbers shown or manually enter your card numbers here.  Click Insert to enter a new card number to remove, or click Remove to delete the selected number.

 

Finish the Wizard

 

Select the kind of transaction (if any) to create to record these gift cards being removed from your inventory.  You may choose from No Transaction or Inventory Adjustment.  Then click on Finish to remove the selected card numbers from your card inventory.

 

 

**Choosing Transfer Cards as the Card Action above will give the following windows:

Enter or select the location the cards will be transferred out of.

 

SKU Item

Enter or select the SKU of the gift or reward card item in your Supertrack Inventory.  This field will default to the internal SKU of GIFTCARD or REWARDS.

 

Description

Displays the type of card that is going to be ordered or received.

 

To Location

Enter or select the location where the cards will be transferred to.

 

Card Quantity

 

Select whether a sequential range of cards (along with the quantity and starting number) is being transferred or if a manual list of cards will be entered for transferring.

 

Finish the Wizard

 

Select the kind of transaction (if any) to create to record these gift cards being transferred within your inventory.  You may choose from No Transaction or Inventory Transfer Order/Receipt.  Then click on Finish to remove the selected card numbers from your card inventory.
