With a personalized training session, you get to learn the aspects of ManageMore that benefit your SME operation most.  Each training is custom tailored to fit your needs and is carefully planned out before the session begins.  Our experience has been that  most customers who take advantage of our training services tend to utilize 30% more of ManageMore's capability right from the start and have fewer problems within the first 90 days of use. 

Our highly qualified trainers can help you master the basics of ManageMore in just one short day.  For a thorough advanced training, a second day is sometimes suggested.  You'll learn shortcuts, tricks, and common pitfalls to avoid.  Our trainers can even give you expert business advise on issues like: proper techniques for setting up inventory; time-saving and secure steps for dealing with inventory returns; best practices for balancing daily cash drawers; accurate and fail-safe procedures for billing and finance charges; proper security methods for avoiding employee fraud;  and even rock-solid CRM techniques that can eliminate many customer frustrations.

** Projector Fee is optional.  We recommend that a minimum 17" monitor be available for on-site training with one or two people involved.  Training sessions with three or more people may require a larger 21"-27" monitor for proper viewing by entire party.
