Cellular Master Dealer Pro™

Some cellular dealers activate cellular phones at much higher volumes than other dealers.  These dealers, often referred to as "Master Dealers", tend to have a few more complicated issues with their business than other cellular dealers.  Receiving of phone inventory, transferring inventory, and providing phones for activation by sub-dealers adds a whole new level of complexity and challenge to a master dealer.

Receive phone inventory by barely lifting a finger.  The Cellular Master Dealer Pro™ truly makes receiving inventory a breeze.  With the use of a barcode scanner and a special batch process, one can quickly scan cases of cellular phones into inventory with almost no keyboard interaction.  A cellular phone's ESN/IMEI number, phone model, SIM, KIT number and more can be entered into inventory as quickly as you can pass your barcode gun over a phone's barcode label.  Reports can also be generated for each batch of phones received.

Transfer phones from store locations to other dealers with minimal effort.  You can just as easily transfer phone inventory from one stock location to another (i.e., to a certain branch, salesman, sub-dealer, etc.) with the same relative ease as when you received the phones into inventory.  ManageMore can even create the inventory transfer document or auto-generate a sales invoice to a sub-dealer who has just purchased dozens of phones... all in a matter of seconds.

Instantly report on sub-dealer commissions and charge backs. Most master dealers tend to sign up smaller sub-dealers for activating phones and pass on a percentage of the commission paid from the service provider back to the sub-dealer.  In many cases, a master dealer will pay sub-dealers in a similar manner to his own commission structure -- by rate plan, product spiff, and even certain bonuses within a specific date period. However, management of these commissions and charge backs can be even more challenging than tracking commission for your own cellular phone sales.
